Section titled “2. Description of Service”SheetsFinancePlus is a Google Sheets add-on providing access to market data (e.g., crypto, DeFi TVL, stocks) via spreadsheet formulas. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Termination

6. Intellectual Property
Section titled “6. Intellectual Property”All content, branding, and software related to SheetsFinancePlus are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “7. Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetsFinancePlus, its affiliates, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Google API Services
Section titled “11. Google API Services”If the Service accesses Google APIs, we comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
12. Use of Third-Party Data
Section titled “12. Use of Third-Party Data”SheetsFinancePlus may retrieve market data from third-party providers (e.g., DefiLlama, CoinMarketCap). Such data is provided “as is” and subject to those providers’ terms. Availability and accuracy may vary.
13. Data Security and Retention
Section titled “13. Data Security and Retention”We implement reasonable safeguards. We avoid retaining personal data unless necessary for licensing and support. If retained, we keep it only as long as needed and then delete it.
14. Refund Policy
